Claro Walnut, 3-spacer array. 3-spacer array consists of sandwich with stabilized Maple wood on the outside and black vulcanized .090 thick spacer in the middle. Brass bolsters, shellac and wax/oil finish.

Knife and Fork Carving Set - Stainless fork, carbon steel 9" x 2" carving knife.

Wood on the handle is Ebony with a high speed wax polish, rivets are nickel silver, and bolsters are 416 stainless steel. Both items in the set have black/white spacer array.

9" Carving knife with western style standard handles with Hickory wood. Knife is high carbon tool steel, while

fork is made from 440C stainless steel. Olive/Orange oil finish.
