Top - 4" strong back, Birds Beak Paring knife 3" and 1" x 4" kitchen knife.

Top : Strongback 3" Paring knife with standard Rose Wood handle.
Bottom: Traditional 3" Paring Knife. Both are .062" or 1/16th" thick High Carbon tool steel with standard handle that has Brass bolsters and company 1/4" chop in the handle 'butt'. Birds beak paring Knife. 2.5" long. Claro Walnut handle. Top: 8" x 2.5" extra fancy kitchen knife with western style handle and walnut wood.
Knife cost $132, extra fancy add-on costs $55 = $187

Array is brass bolster/white/black/stabilized Maple burl/brass and the tiger striped walnut.
Finished with wax/oil combo. Steel is 1/16th" thick high carbon tool steel. All handles are 5.25"

Extra Fancy Handle - $55.00
Double Brass Bolsters with Walnut wood - cost is $40 Extra fancy handle - costs $55 extra over price list cost. Wood is Hickory, then brass spacer, stabilized Amboyna wood, then white/black spaer array. Asian style handle with Hickory wood. A set of English Walnut handles - Western style. Fancy Handle - $25 - Black white spacr array. This unit has stabilized Box Elder Burl wood. Walnut wood with black/red/black spacer array- each spacer is 1/8" thick. Western style handle with brass bolster. Stabilized Redwood with brass spacer, green dyed stabilized Box Elder Burl, and then white/black spacer array.
