This page contains my line of kitchen knives whose blade length is from 4" to 6".
Handles are always 5.25" long. The blades themselves range in width's that are 1" to 2".

Top:
1" x 5" - all havedouble brass bolsters. Top two have Black Walnut wood.
1.5" x 6" in the middle.

Carbon steel, Rosewood, 1" wide bolsters.
Top: 6" x 2.5", 1.5" x 7" and 1" x 5". Set of 1" x 4" kitchen knife with walnut wood. 1" x 5" with Cocobolo wood handle. Double brass bolsters cost $40 as an add-on and are available on any kitchen knife.
Top:

Top: 3" x 8" Thai style Cleaver 2" x 8" kitchen knife.
Both have black/white spacer array add-ons for each knifev
8" x 2.5" kithcen knife - both have Black Walnut wood handle and extra fancy add-on costing $55 above vost of price listed.
1.5" x 5" kitchen knife.
Extra fancy array is composed of;
Brass insert after handle wood, then stabilized black dyed reclaimed Redwood insert, then black/white spacer array before the brass bolster. All with high speed wax polish. 1.5" x 7" with rosewood. From 1998. 5" long x 2.5" wide kitchen knife from 2002, with Rosewood. 6" x 2.5" kitchen knife, carbon steel.
3" Traditional Paring Knife
Both have Maple stabilized wood, which is an add-on.

Carbon steel, with wider bolsters than is used today - from 1" wide to 3/4" wide.
Spine of knife is less round today, also as can easily be seen on the Paring knife, with that rounded back.

Basic Handle options, styles & Add-ons
Custom size, 6.5" x 2.5" Thai style cleaver with quilted Maple wood handle, with fancy upgrade using black/white spacers.
Western style double brass bolsters with Hickory wood, on a 6" x 2.5 inch kitchen knife. If you want your knives to have double brass, just e-mail me of your wish.
Extra fancy handle on a 7" x 2.5" high carbon tool steel kitchen knife. The blonde handle wood is called Myrtle. Above array consists of the Myrtle, brass sheet, 1/2" stabilized Redwood burl insert, white/black spacers and then the brass bolster.
Handle has brass 1/8" rivets as well as a company chop in the butt.
The chop is a 1/4" tube filled with red dyed epoxy and brass rods and tubes. While the wood insert will vary from piece to piece, one can order this style of handle.
Fancy western style handle, with a 8" x 5" blade.
This kitchen knife has stabilized Box Elder Burl wood.
The progression has two 1/8" black and white spacers and lastly the
handle wood of Box Elder.
Asian inspired standard handle with Rose Wood Geen dyed stabilized Buckeye burl wood with B/R/B 1/8" spacers. Read available also. Three spacer array with Claro Walnut wood. Spacers are 1/8" thick.
Custom size, 6.5" x 2.5" Thai style cleaver with quilted Maple wood handle, with fancy upgrade using black/white spacers.
